Director - Planning, Materials & Logistics (EMEA & APAC)

Our customers span industrial processing, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, utilities, and building services worldwide.

In this role you will lead a complex, high-impact regional operation across EMEA & APAC. We’re looking for a well-rounded, high-energy leader to step into a pivotal role spanning materials, planning, logistics, and broader operational performance. This is a visible leadership position where you’ll connect strategy, people, and execution to drive real business outcomes.

The opportunity

This is a broad, end-to-end leadership role where you’ll operate across planning, materials, logistics, and operational delivery. You’ll play a key role in balancing customer expectations, operational capability, and financial performance, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

• Deliver improvements in performance across planning, inventory, and distribution
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing, multi-layered team
• Ensure strong delivery against customer, operational, and financial goals

Scope & travel

Regional leadership role with approximately 60% travel
