Cover Supervisor

We are currently recruiting experienced and dependable Cover Supervisors to support schools in Fleet and the surrounding areas with day-to-day supply cover.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with classroom experience who are confident supervising lessons, managing behaviour, and stepping into different school environments at short notice.

The Role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the usual teacher
• Deliver pre-planned cover lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
• Follow school behaviour policies and routines
• Work on a day-to-day supply basis, depending on school needs

Who We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with previous classroom or school experience
• Confident behaviour management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible individuals
• Happy to travel to schools using public transport
• Available for regular day-to-day supply work

No formal teaching qualifications are requiredDriving is not essential, but candidates must be comfortable using public transport to reach local schools.
